Juneteenth Pause

I have written many years inspired by Juneteenth and the last two years I wrote on June8eenth, but it feels right to me to be silent for the next three days 18, 19 and the legal holiday.

What a wonderful time to listen … like Elijah perhaps hearing a sound of sheer silence.
